Desert Pearl Weddings plans destination weddings across Udaipur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, and other Rajasthan locations, for couples based in India as well as NRI families in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. This policy covers weddingsbydesertpearl.com and explains what we do with the information you share when you reach out about your wedding.

By using this Site or contacting us through it, you’re agreeing to what’s below. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, don’t submit your details — reach out to us directly instead and we can talk it through.

Information We Collect

a) What you tell us When you fill out an inquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, or write in by email, we typically collect:

Your name
Email address
Phone or WhatsApp number
The country or city you’re writing to us from
Your wedding date, expected guest count, budget range, and the palaces or venues you’re considering
Anything else you choose to share about the event — theme, family traditions, specific requests
b) What the Site collects on its own Standard browsing data — IP address, browser and device type, which pages you visited, and what you searched to find us. This comes through normal server logs and, where active, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.

c) WhatsApp Most couples reach us through the WhatsApp button on the Site rather than a form — that’s fine, and it works the same way. Your message and number come to us through WhatsApp Business, which is run by Meta. That means Meta’s own WhatsApp Privacy Policy also applies to that conversation, and it’s outside our control once it’s on their platform.

d) What we don’t touch No card numbers, no bank details, nothing financial passes through this website. Every deposit, advance, or payment with Desert Pearl Weddings is arranged directly with our team — bank transfer or another method agreed on a call, never through the Site.

Loop in the right venues and vendors once you’ve engaged us to plan your wedding

Who We Share It With

Venues and vendors — once you’ve engaged us, we share only what’s needed with the palaces, hotels, decorators, caterers, or photographers involved in planning your event
Advertising and analytics platforms — Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram advertising, WhatsApp Business) process some data on our behalf to help us reach couples planning a Rajasthan wedding and understand how our Site is used. See Section 5 for details.
The people who keep the Site running — hosting, email delivery, that kind of infrastructure
Authorities, only if the law requires it or to protect our legal position

A large part of our client base is NRI families planning weddings back home — from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. If that’s you: your information travels to India and is handled by our team here, since that’s where we’re based and where we work. Submitting your details to us means you’re fine with that transfer.
We handle your data with the same care regardless of where you’re contacting us from, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you’re contacting us from a region with its own data protection law (for example, the UK, EU, or California), you may have additional rights under that law — write to us at the email in Section 7 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

The Site uses cookies to understand how people browse it, remember basic preferences, and see what content is actually useful. You can turn cookies off in your browser — some parts of the Site may work less smoothly if you do.
We run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising to reach couples planning a Rajasthan destination wedding. This means:
