A 2-day destination wedding in Rajasthan typically costs between ₹40 lakh and ₹6 crore or more, depending on guest count, hotel category, wedding season, and décor and entertainment requirements.
For about 100 guests: roughly ₹40–60 lakh at boutique and budget heritage venues, ₹60 lakh–₹1.5 crore at premium heritage and 4-star resorts, and ₹1–3.5 crore+ at luxury 5-star hotels and palace resorts.
For about 250 guests: roughly ₹80 lakh–₹1 crore at boutique and budget heritage venues, ₹1–2.5 crore at premium heritage and 4-star resorts, and ₹1.5–6 crore+ at luxury 5-star hotels and palace resorts.
Both cities offer venue options for every style and budget. For about 150–200 guests, venue and food costs generally range from ₹80 lakh to ₹3 crore+, depending on hotel category and season, and venue and hospitality usually account for nearly 60–70% of the overall budget. The wedding planner cost in Udaipur and Jaipur typically starts from ₹8 lakh and goes up with guest count, event complexity and scope.
An intimate wedding (usually 20–100 guests, 1–3 days, at boutique hotels or private venues) ranges from ₹60 lakh to ₹2 crore+. A luxury wedding (200–500+ guests, 2–5 days, at luxury resorts and palaces) ranges from ₹1.5 crore to ₹10 crore+, depending on venue, guest count and customisation.
Many luxury hotels require minimum room commitments or a complete buyout during peak wedding dates, which can substantially affect the final budget. A luxury property buyout for 100 guests in Rajasthan generally starts around ₹60 lakh and can go beyond ₹2 crore. For 250 guests, full-scale luxury weddings often begin near ₹1.5 crore and can exceed ₹6 crore at iconic palace venues.
November to February is Rajasthan’s peak wedding season, with hotel rates often increasing substantially due to high demand.
Décor is not a fixed package. It depends on the design direction, the number of functions, the size and layout of the venue, the flowers and materials used, the level of detailing and customisation, and the production involved. Décor is often the second-largest expense after hospitality. Guest count does not always lower it, because stage setup, lighting, structural design and production costs stay fixed.
Yes, if the budget is planned strategically: focus on the most visible areas, use the natural beauty of the venue, choose impactful elements over filling space, and prioritise the events that matter most visually.
Our planning fee is customised to the scale of the wedding, location, guest requirements, design involvement and scope of services. Fees are structured in milestone-based phases, and for more intimate or design-led weddings we also offer customised fixed-fee structures.

Yes. Based on your guest list, budget and vision, we shortlist and secure venues through curated shortlisting, on-ground evaluation and end-to-end venue coordination. Complete venue sourcing is offered at a fee of ₹25,000; physical recces can be arranged on a chargeable basis.
How do you look after our guests?
We manage the full guest journey: airport transfers, hotel room allocation, concierge support and welcome hampers, along with structured RSVP coordination and itinerary sharing.
Entertainment: DJs, live musicians, Rajasthani folk performers and Sufi night acts. Logistics and production: guest transport, multi-venue coordination, run-of-show timelines, staging, lighting and sound. Photography and catering: a curated panel of photographers, plus bespoke catering with menu planning and tasting sessions.
We source and vet vendors across décor, catering, photography, entertainment and logistics, then handle contract negotiation and on-ground coordination. We act as a central point of contact, so you do not need to chase multiple people.
